February Real Estate Sales Stats for Baldwin County, AL

Fairhope Total sales of single family homes were up 26% in February over last year and median sales prices were down 4%.  YTD sales are up a staggering 69% from last year with values falling 24%.

Daphne and Spanish Ft.  Sales were up 13% from February 2010 with median values falling 6%.  YTD, sales are up 10% with a 7% drop in values.

Baldwin County Total sales for single family homes in the county were up in February 25% from 2010 with values sliding 6%.  YTD sales are up a staggering 34% with median sales prices down 6%.

Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Condos Sales were up 235 compared to February 2010 with sales prices down just 1%.  YTD, sales are up 10% with prices down 4%.
