Fairhope, AL and Baldwin County Sales Stats for June 2011

June 2011 Stats

Fairhope  Total sales of single family homes were down 16% in June compared last year and median sales prices were down 12%.  YTD sales are up a strong 22% from last year with values staying flat.

Daphne and Spanish Ft.  Sales were almost dead even with June 2010 with values down 19%.  YTD, sales are even as well with a 12% drop in values.

Baldwin County  Total sales for single family homes in the county were up 12% compared to June 2010 with values down 7%.  YTD sales are up 13% with median sales prices down 7%.

Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Condos  YTD Sales are up 18% from 2010 with sales prices down 5%.
