Fairhope
•March sales were up 39% from March 2010
•Median prices are down 3%
•YTD sales were up 55% and YTD prices down 4%
Daphne and Spanish Fort
•March sales were up 13% from March 2010.
•Median prices are down 13%.
•YTD sales were up 12% and YTD prices down 11%
As of the end of March, YTD condo sales for Gulf Shores and Orange beach were within one sale of being identical to 2010 numbers.
Prices were down 7% YTD from 2010 thus far.
