Daphne and Spanish Fort, AL Real Estate Sales for November

This information reflects residential home sale in Daphne and Spanish Fort, AL based on the Baldwin County MLS as of December 15, 2010.

Daphne and Spanish Fort had an 12% decrease in total sales in November 2010 when compared to November 2009;  median sales prices were down 2% as well.  51% of those sales were under $200K; 46% were $201-400K and 3% were for over $401K.

YTD, Daphne and Spanish Fort are up 9% in total sales from last year and median sales prices are down a total of 7%.

As of the writing of this blog, we have 94 homes under contract in Daphne and Spanish Fort.
