This information reflects residential home sale in Daphne and Spanish Fort, AL based on the Baldwin County MLS as of December 15, 2010.
Daphne and Spanish Fort had an 12% decrease in total sales in November 2010 when compared to November 2009; median sales prices were down 2% as well. 51% of those sales were under $200K; 46% were $201-400K and 3% were for over $401K.
YTD, Daphne and Spanish Fort are up 9% in total sales from last year and median sales prices are down a total of 7%.
