FAIRHOPE’S MAGICAL CHRISTMAS PARADE TAKES TO THE STREETS SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4

Fairhope’s Magical Christmas Parade takes to the streets of downtown Fairhope on Saturday, December 4. Fairhope First Quality of Life recipient Jo Birindelli will be the grand marshal’s of this year’s parade.  The parade begins at 7:00 pm at the intersection of Morphy and Section Street, and continues down Section to Oak Street. The excitement will build as more than 50 parade units dazzle the crowd in anticipation of Santa Claus’ arrival to Fairhope for the holiday season. “The parade committee has been working hard for months on the parade and thinks it’s going to be something really special,” said Christmas Parade Committee Co-Chairman Stan Grubin.

WABF 1220 am has been broadcasting Fairhope’s Magical Christmas Parade live as a service to community for many years. WABF is contracted by Auburn University’s Athletic program to broadcast their football games live and because the parade will be taking place during the SEC Championship game this year, WABF will not be broadcasting the parade.
